About

As a real estate agent, my superpower is connecting with people, and nothing gives me more satisfaction than building relationships with my clients. I love to work with buyers looking for a guide to help them buy a home and create a comfortable lifestyle within it. I’m an organic gardener, avid cook, animal lover, Instagram-worthy hostess, and sustainability guru. All of these passions come together for my clients based on their own needs and interests.

My professional background is in commercial real estate. I’ve taken on the roles of Real Estate Coordinator, Legal Assistant, and Transaction Closer for a Fortune 500 company’s real estate department. I’ve been a commercial brokerage assistant and have worked on the property management team of a real estate investment trust.

These positions have given me a wealth of knowledge that easily translates to residential real estate. I’m highly communicative at every step of the process, as well as organized and detail-oriented. I know just what it takes to get you across the finish line, and I’m the perfect partner to help make your dreams of homeownership come true—and negotiate a top-dollar deal when you’re ready to sell your home.

Following my commercial RE career, I chose to stay home with my kids and like to joke that I was “the busiest unemployed person on the planet”. A few of my recent volunteer roles include: running a gardening Facebook group, neighborhood design review and social committee member, PTA Board member, and bunny shelter team member (6 years and counting!) Volunteering feeds my soul and rewards me in more ways than I can count, including building a community I call “6 degrees of Michele Schiavone” that stretches all over the Front Range. I’ll put the same dedicated, flexible, never-say-never energy I’ve put into my volunteer work into helping you as my real estate client.

I have a teenage daughter and son who are the lights of my life. I also have 3 rescue dogs: a crazy Border collie mix, a gorgeous black German shepherd, and a sweet old terrier who we adopted from a senior dog rescue at age 12 (she’s now 15!) I know the Front Range well, having lived in Highlands Ranch, Parker, and now, beautiful Broomfield, and having worked in both downtown Denver and Boulder. What I like best about Broomfield is that it’s a great place to raise a family! I also appreciate the sense of community, its proximity to both Denver and Boulder, and its open space and trail network.
